I was the creator, manager, and teacher of Naperville Music's "Rock School" program from 2010-2015; I have since moved on to bigger & better things, but I'm leaving this page up as a courtesy to my previous students:

Welcome to Rock School! I start with individuals musicians, as well as partially formed and fully formed bands. I help them prep for a gig for 8 weeks, then help them play that gig, as well as help them prep for the future.
I have a handful of planned curriculum for specific situations, or I can tailor to your group. In addition to the usual rock crew, I've worked successfully with rappers, turntablists, pianists, fiddlers, and synth-heads.

I was a music student from ages 9-20 (Piano, clarinet, saxophone [alto, tenor and bari], acoustic and electric guitar, electric bass, voice), until at age 20 when I went into professional music full time (teaching, gigging, recording, and running sound), which I've been doing for 11 years.

If you're curious, interested, or have any questions, call Naperville Music at 630-355-1404 or contact me.
Here's the details of how Rock School works.

If you'd like to contact me, you'll have to type my email address manually; I do this to cut down on spam.
